Pharmacy Weight Loss Chipping Norton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and regulations. We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual who does not meet our clinical or eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically or without appropriate clinical review.
Our pharmacists review all consultations and dispense medications in accordance with GPhC standards and applicable UK legislation. We reserve the right to decline to dispense any prescription where, in our professional judgement, it is not clinically appropriate to do so.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise stated. You must not attempt to use our prescriptions at third-party pharmacies without our written consent.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems. In the event that a prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been clinically approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier service disruptions, bank holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund on prescription medications under UK pharmacy regulations, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for non-prescription items or consultation fees where no prescription was issued will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
